Simple cylindrical mosaics at 1/3 degree/pixel (1080 x 540),
normal albedo (4 deg phase) = DN/256
latitude -90 to 90, longitude 0-360

Alfred's original 16-bit files have been converted to 8-bit JPEG
images, with some quantization losses.  If you need the full dynamic
range, go to the FITS files on the FTP site
(ftp://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/ijw).

Fudge factors to correct the data to Earth-based telescopic values
have not been applied.  These fudge factors should be rederived, but
the approx. values (used for Voy2 Neptune) are:
