Just got this from BIll Owen at JPL...

Yes.  Just returned from the NAV war room.  The burn started on time, and the
one-way doppler indicates about 1/2 percent underburn (well within specs)
relative to predicted.  This means that the total burn duration ought to be
about 15 s longer than nominal, since onboard accelerometers control it.
